This salve works best when applied and massaged into the bottoms of the feet, fish bellies of the forearms, temples or the base of the skull but can really be applied anywhere that suits you. It can be used before bed, in moments of anxiety or anytime you feel the need to find the ground or wind down into a relaxed place.

This salve is fantastic! Sleep is so important and can be elusive for me, this product helps me get good restorative rest.
Beautiful product that helps so many members of my household settle and get restorative sleep! Helps soothe an adult with chronic back pain so they get the sleep necessary to feel less pain, and helps a young adult with anxiety calm a restless mind so they can get to sleep. It should also be noted that the salve itself is very smooth and readily absorbs (I have used other salves that are chunky and remain so even when used with warm hands). Highly recommend this to everyone who is seeking help with sleep issues.
I use this right before going to bed and sleep like a baby, feel sooo rested when I get up!!! It also helps with my anxiety…The smell is so calming!
